Do you have ADHD, or suspect you do?

  • When you’ve put your best efforts into being on time, getting organised or even managing your emotions, and it doesn’t go to plan… are you immediately hard on yourself?

  • Do you feel trapped by your own brain in how you respond to life's ups and downs?  For many ADHDers this happens so quickly they feel there isn’t a choice.

  • This is simply not true. And there is another way.

The way is Self-Compassion.

  • Why? Two UK research studies found that Adults with ADHD have lower self-compassion than those without ADHD. This is partly due to higher perceived criticism that can lead to poorer mental health outcomes.

Join Alex on an adventure.

  • As one of the first people diagnosed with ADHD back in 1990, he’s tried almost everything from therapy, to coaching, to medication. While all of these treatments helped, something was missing. Spoiler alert, it was a fundamental need for self-compassion.
